Leadership Training for Christ
The Leadership Training for Christ (LTC) convention will be held on April 4-5, 2026 at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center and the Westin Crown Center. The theme this year is: Rise Up: Embrace God’s Calling, Lead with Courage. This year's theme is a call for students to step into leadership with boldness and purpose. All youth from third grade through 12th grade are invited to participate.
The vision of Leadership Training for Christ is to inspire and equip generations of youth in Christian Leadership in the Heart of America to lead their Church, Community, and Workplace through the 21st Century.
